Governance
Energy Skills Australia was established in 1995 as a not for profit bipartite company limited by guarantee.
The Energy Skills Australia Constitution sets out the objects and powers of the company, members and the board.
We believe that good corporate governance is critical to achieving our strategic direction.
Having open and transparent communication lines from the board though all of our staff enables us to maintain a holistic culture built on trust and ethical decision making.
This ‘whole of organisation’ approach provides our stakeholders with the confidence that we will always act with integrity in providing advice and services.
We maintain an open door policy and welcome feedback into how we can continually evolve and Improve.
To reflect this approach, the board has also set up a number of sub-committees including:
- Executive and Governance
- Sector Councils
- Risk Management
- Workplace Health and Safety
- Constitution
Energy Skills Australia is also a registered charity. View our Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) profile below.
