On Wednesday, 4th September, the report Charged Up: Strategies for Addressing the Skill Shortage in Electrical Trades for the Clean Energy Transition was launched at the Centre for U by the Hon. Andrew Giles, Minister for Skills and Training.
Commissioned by the Electrical Trades Union and undertaken by the research group Per Capita, this report outlines the barriers to building and retaining a skilled electrical workforce. It charts a comprehensive roadmap to develop the workforce that will light the way to a clean energy future.
